- You keep ownership of your content. You grant Touché a limited licence to display it on the platform while your profile is live.
Takedown requests
- If your work has been published here without permission, submit a report using the Stolen content category with enough detail to identify the material. Verified requests are actioned promptly.
Counter-notice
- Creators are notified when their content is removed and may respond through support.
Legal review
- This document is a working platform policy drafted for the Touché MVP. It has NOT been reviewed by a qualified attorney. Before public launch it must be reviewed and adapted by legal counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
