Eligibility

You are 18 or older and legally able to offer your services where you live.
You will complete identity verification when requested. You may not alter your own verification status.

You own, or have written permission to publish, every image and video you upload.
Everyone depicted has consented to publication on this platform.

Any sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualises anyone under 18.
Exploitation, coercion, trafficking or any form of forced participation.
Non-consensual intimate imagery, hidden-camera or leaked material.
Stolen or re-uploaded intimate content you do not own the rights to.
Impersonation of another person, brand or creator.
Content uploaded without the appropriate rights, releases or consent of everyone depicted.
Illegal goods, services or activity of any kind.
Threats, intimidation, stalking or harassment.
Fraud, scams, chargeback abuse or deceptive payment requests.
Spam, mass unsolicited messaging or automated engagement.

Media is reviewed before it is publicly visible. We may remove content or suspend your profile for a breach of these rules or applicable law.

Public listing requires an active creator membership. Membership fees are for platform access only.

Touché does not take a commission, hold funds, operate wallets or process payments between you and a customer. Any payment arrangement is yours alone, and you are solely responsible for it, including tax and legal compliance.

This document is a working platform policy drafted for the Touché MVP. It has NOT been reviewed by a qualified attorney. Before public launch it must be reviewed and adapted by legal counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
