Who may use Touché

You must meet the platform's minimum age requirement (18+) and be legally permitted to use the platform where you live.
Accounts are personal. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

Touché is a general-purpose creator and business platform: creator profiles, AI-assisted content and video tools, content organisation, discovery, messaging, analytics, content planning, business promotion, local event discovery, local advertising and referral tracking.
Touché does not employ creators, does not take a commission on creator earnings, does not hold customer funds and does not process customer-to-creator payments.
Any arrangement between a customer and a creator is a direct arrangement between those two people.

Creators pay a recurring platform membership fee. Membership grants access to platform features only — it is not a guarantee of bookings, income or visibility.

We may suspend or remove any account or content that breaches these terms, our Content Policy or applicable law.

This document is a working platform policy drafted for the Touché MVP. It has NOT been reviewed by a qualified attorney. Before public launch it must be reviewed and adapted by legal counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
