Membership & Cancellation Policy

Billing
- Creator and customer memberships bill monthly in ZAR. Membership fees are paid by direct South African bank transfer (EFT) into our business account and verified by our team. Payment status is recorded only after verification.
Trials
- Where a complimentary period applies, it is shown on the Membership page with its end date. When it lapses, paid-only features stop until a plan is active.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from Membership settings. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Legal review
- This document is a working platform policy drafted for the Touché MVP. It has NOT been reviewed by a qualified attorney. Before public launch it must be reviewed and adapted by legal counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
