Membership & Cancellation Policy

Billing
- Creator and customer memberships bill monthly in ZAR through our payment provider. Payment status is recorded from provider webhooks only.
Trials
- Where a complimentary period applies, it is shown on the Membership page with its end date. When it lapses, paid-only features stop until a plan is active.
Cancellation
- You can cancel at any time from Membership settings. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate partial months.
Legal review
- This document is a working platform policy drafted for the Touché MVP. It has NOT been reviewed by a qualified attorney. Before public launch it must be reviewed and adapted by legal counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
