What we collect
- Account details (email, display name), profile content you choose to publish, approximate location, media you upload, messages you send, and membership/payment status returned by our payment provider.
- We do not store card details. Card data is handled by the payment provider.
Location
- Precise coordinates are never shown publicly. Public profiles show only city, area and an approximate distance. You can hide location entirely in Privacy settings.
Who can see what
- Private messages are visible only to the two participants. Moderators access a message only through a submitted report.
- Verification material and reports are private to the reporting user and authorised staff.
Your controls
- You can edit or hide profile information, control discovery visibility and messaging permissions, and request account deletion from Account settings.
Legal review
- This document is a working platform policy drafted for the Touché MVP. It has NOT been reviewed by a qualified attorney. Before public launch it must be reviewed and adapted by legal counsel in the relevant jurisdiction.
