Referral & Promoter Programme Rules

How it works
- Approved promoters receive a unique referral link. A referral qualifies when the referred member creates an account and meets the qualification rules shown on the promoter dashboard.
Commission
- Qualified referrals accrue commission at the published rate. Balances are accounting records inside the platform — they are not a wallet, a stored-value balance or a payment instrument.
Payment
- Once the R250 threshold is reached, payment is made manually by the business outside the application and recorded by an authorised administrator. The platform never transfers funds between members.
Fraud
- Self-referrals, duplicate or automated account creation, incentivised sign-ups and any other manipulation void the affected referrals. Promoters cannot edit their own referral, commission or payment records; all changes are made by administrators and audit-logged.
